Sunshine Contract Solutions | SUNSHINE CONTRACT SOLUTIONS LLC (“SCS,” “we,” “us”) provides home-repair, remodeling and project-management services. This policy explains how we handle information through sunshinecontractsolutions.com, our project and referral forms, and our customer communications.

Information we receive

When you contact us or submit a project request, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, project address and ZIP code, requested service, scope, timeframe, messages and optional photos. Our Recommend a Pro form also receives professional or company names, trade and contact details, optional business-card photos, referrer contact details and notes. Please provide another person’s information only when you have permission to share it.

Our website and its embedded services may also receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, interactions and cookie identifiers. The information collected depends on the service, your use and the available settings.

How we use information

We use information to review and respond to requests, prepare estimates, arrange visits, coordinate and carry out work, communicate about schedules and invoices, evaluate recommended professionals, and maintain customer and business records. We also use website information to understand traffic and improve the site. If you choose to receive texts, we use your number, messages and consent records for the specific text categories you selected and to manage opt-outs.

Our team and service providers

Our team uses HighLevel/LeadConnector to manage intake and customer records, company Gmail for business communications and alerts, and private Google Drive files for core backups. GoDaddy provides website services, and Tally processes Recommend a Pro submissions. These services process information involved in their functions.

We may share project details, contact information and relevant photos with service providers or subcontractors, such as an electrician, when needed to support or perform your project. The SMS restrictions below apply separately: sharing project information does not transfer your text-message permission or authorize another business to send you marketing texts.

Mobile information and text consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We will not sell or share customers’ mobile numbers with other businesses for their advertising or promotions. Texting permission belongs only to SCS and the categories you select; we will not sell, rent or transfer it. SMS opt-in and consent records are excluded from the ordinary project and referral sharing described above. Our messaging service providers process information to operate and support the SCS program; this does not give them permission to market to you.

Service and promotional text choices are separate and optional. Giving us a phone number, requesting a project, choosing Text as a preferred contact method or referring someone does not by itself enroll anyone. Reply STOP to end program texts. See our SMS Terms for message details and help.

Cookies and embedded services

The site uses Google Analytics and GoDaddy resources and includes a GoDaddy cookie banner, embedded YouTube videos and Re:amaze chat software. These tools may use cookies or similar technology and receive information when a page or feature loads or when you interact with it. If you send a chat message, the chat service processes the information you enter. Cookie and tracking behavior depends on the tool and its settings.

You can manage cookies through your browser and use any choices offered by the website or the relevant provider. Blocking cookies or embedded services may affect how features work. Google’s Privacy Policy explains Google Analytics and YouTube data handling. GoDaddy’s Global Privacy Notice, the Re:amaze privacy notice and Tally’s privacy information explain their respective practices.

Project photos

We may use before-and-after photos to show our work without disclosing customer names, addresses or other identifying details. Please avoid including unrelated personal information in photos you submit. Contact us with questions or concerns about a project photo.

Keeping records and responding to requests

We keep customer and project records for business and legal purposes. We do not currently have a fixed retention schedule for all records. Retention depends on the record and the need to preserve it, including ongoing work, business records, legal obligations and disputes. We do not promise automatic deletion after a set time.

For questions about your information or requests to access, correct or delete it, email [email protected]. Please explain your request and how we can identify the relevant records; do not email passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity. A request may be limited by records we need to retain or applicable legal requirements. No website or electronic storage system can guarantee complete security.
